We want you to be happy with your purchase from HelloCoffeeTea. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your items for a full refund within 5 business days of the purchase date.

Return Conditions

• All returned items must be postmarked within 5 business days of the purchase date.
• Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging.
• We will provide you with a return shipping address via email upon request.
• Mail your return to the provided address.
• Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by Hello Coffee Tea.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of your items, we will process your refund.
• Please allow at least 3 business days from the receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.
• Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company’s policies.
• You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items with a purchase price ending in “.99” (considered clearance items).
• Items with a clearance price ending in “.98”.
• Items purchased at a sale price of 75% or more (discounted heavily).
• Items with a price ending in “.97” (considered a special sale price).

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt at 568-966-2691 or [email protected] to arrange a return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns except for defective or damaged products.
